Because each piece is handcrafted and personalized exclusively for you, all sales are final. We take great care in crafting every detail of your order, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
How does customization work?
Customization is at the heart of what we do. Most paddles offer up to 10 customization lines, allowing you to include names, Greek letters, chapter information, dates, and more. Because each design is created from scratch, no two pieces are ever alike — your order is truly one-of-one.
Can I place a group or line order?
Absolutely. We offer custom line and group order options perfect for new initiates, milestone anniversaries, or chapter gifts. Each paddle can be personalized individually while maintaining a cohesive design across the set. Contact us to begin designing a collection tailored to your line’s story.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
